Paul Salvo’s foundation in construction was built long before his professional career began. Raised in the industry, he worked alongside his father from a young age, gaining early exposure to job sites, client relationships, and the discipline required to deliver exceptional work.

He formally entered the business at the ground level, working his way through every position—from general laborer to leadership—developing a comprehensive, hands-on understanding of the craft and operations. This experience shaped a leadership style rooted in precision, accountability, and respect for every phase of the construction process.

When Paul assumed the role of CEO, he carried forward a legacy built on craftsmanship and integrity, while elevating the company to meet the expectations of a more modern and discerning clientele. By refining internal systems, strengthening partnerships, and implementing forward-thinking practices, he has positioned the company to operate with greater efficiency without compromising quality.

Today, under Paul’s leadership, Salvo General Contracting represents a balance of tradition and innovation—where time-honored building practices meet elevated standards of execution and service.

Paul remains deeply committed to the principles instilled by his family: delivering uncompromising quality, maintaining transparency and professionalism, and ensuring every project reflects the highest level of care and detail. Pete leads the Commercial & Residential Contracting Division of Salvo General Contracting and has been guiding the team since its inception over 35 years ago. Personally mentored by Mr. Salvo, he carries forward the Salvo family’s core values of respect, fairness, and honesty in every aspect of business.

As Chief Operating Officer, Pete brings deep experience across residential remodeling and commercial construction of all sizes. From transforming homes to ground-up apartment buildings and mall expansions, he has overseen thousands of square feet of commercial fit-outs for national franchises, property owners, and property management groups. His leadership has helped grow the division from a small crew into the expansive, community-focused team it is today.

Today, Pete plays a key role in advancing the modern vision established by Mr. Salvo’s son, Paul, since taking over in 2013. His steady leadership, deep industry knowledge, and commitment to customer satisfaction make him a cornerstone of the company’s continued growth. Pete remains someone both clients and team members trust and rely on every day.

Jorge Diaz serves as a Project Manager and Estimator at Salvo General Contracting, bringing nearly a decade of hands-on experience and steady growth within the company. He began his career with the Salvo family in 2016 as a laborer and has advanced through the ranks through dedication, strong work ethic, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

With a well-rounded background in construction, Jorge combines practical field experience with strategic project oversight. In his current role, he is responsible for planning, estimating, and managing projects from start to finish—ensuring each one is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Jorge is known for his clear communication and collaborative approach, working closely with clients, subcontractors, and team members to deliver successful outcomes. His attention to detail and solution-oriented mindset helps drive efficiency and build trust throughout every phase of a project.

At Salvo, Jorge is focused on exceeding client expectations and delivering dependable, high-quality service. He takes pride in building lasting relationships and ensuring every client feels confident in the work being performed.

Since joining Salvo General Contracting in 2019, Colin McCoy has steadily advanced
through the organization, demonstrating a strong work ethic, technical expertise, and
commitment to excellence. Beginning his career with SGC as a Waterproofing Foreman,
Colin built a solid foundation in waterproofing and masonry, developing a deep
understanding of construction operations from the field level.

Drawing on years of hands-on experience, Colin transitioned into his current role as
Project Manager and Estimator, where he plays a vital role in both preconstruction
planning and project execution. He is responsible for preparing accurate estimates,
coordinating project activities, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to
the highest quality standards.

Colin’s dedication to delivering quality workmanship, supporting project teams, and
contributing to successful project outcomes continues to make him an invaluable
member of the Salvo General Contracting team.
